"Proactive Team Member"

I had my first initial encounter with Jerry a couple of months ago when the Noise Discord had just been launched. There are a few things that stuck out the most to me whenever I interacted with Jerry. First and foremost, He's incredibly keen on user feedback and suggestions. He always takes an open-minded approach with humility. Another aspect is the fact that he will follow up with you (both publicly and privately) and ask how he can help improve Noise. The fact that he actively seeks out feedback and wants constructive criticism tells me he enjoys what he does and wants Noise to succeed. It's rare to have team members who aren't egotistical and dismissive. Getting to meet Jerry is another reminder that there are hidden gems in our space.
