"Hcengsui if it's about Sui it's maxi"

I met Hcengsui in a private community called (S.A.D). From the first time I met him, I could guess that he liked the crypto coin "Sui", but I don't know what "hceng" means, maybe it's his initials or it has another meaning. In the S.A.D community, he usually shares airdrop info and alpha projects, and gives some useful insights to community members.
