Joshua! Where do I start from? I needed a moderator for a new base community i was setting up to onboard new people and someone suggested Josh to me. At first I was sceptical because even though I've been seeing him around in other communities, I barely knew him. Does he possess what I needed in a moderator? But I went ahead with my guts and placed him in charge. Josh proved himself. He turned out to be a valuable asset. He is very understanding and amiable. He has a very good manner of approach. He is a skilled listener and knows how to handle the issues of members of the community. He is a great time keeper and someone you can trust to represent you well. Josh has great listening skills and shows empathy when needed. He has built a good rapport with the community members which has led others to inviting their friends.
