LinkIT is not just a trader, LP user neither is he just an ordinary NFT collector. He's well involved in all activity he sets his eyes on and trust me, he does have an eye for every good project. He doesn't just sit around hoping to get infos from others, he strives into every page he could get info on projects which he's actually very passionate about in order to educate others!
