This person monetizes access to information. They own a private/gated Discord or Telegram group that can only be joined by paying an expensive monthly fee or holding a specific NFT. They promise "Alpha Signals" or insider info to their members. Often, they use their own group members as exit liquidity (selling to their own members after telling them to buy), although some do genuinely provide quality research.
