"The OTC Ghost"

This character moves a terrifying amount of money (tens of millions of dollars), but strangely, the price chart in the market doesn't move at all. Why? Because they transact Over-The-Counter (OTC). They buy tokens directly from the Foundation or large miners through private agreements on encrypted messaging apps, not through public exchanges. They are whales swimming under the radar, not wanting their buying and selling activity to trigger retail panic.
