These are the unsung (and often unpaid) heroes. They work 18 hours a day on a project's Discord server: blocking spam bots, calming angry members (FUD), and answering the question "When token release?" thousands of times. Tragically, they are often not paid with money (USDT), but only with sweet promises of a future "Team Token Allocation"—which is often worth zero or they are fired right before the token distribution.
