"The Contract Address Sender"

This is the most fatal and irreversible beginner's mistake. Intending to send tokens back to their personal wallet, they instead copy and paste the token's "Smart Contract" address. The result? The token is sent into the contract, locked forever, and cannot be retrieved by anyone (including the developers). They inadvertently donate their wealth to the digital "void" and can only weep over the transaction hash.
