This character walks a fine line between hero and villain. They hack protocols and steal millions of dollars in funds without permission, but they don't run away with it. Instead, they send an on-chain message to the developers: "I have secured your funds. I will return 90%, the remaining 10% is for me as a 'service fee'." They force projects to pay for their security services by holding customer funds hostage.
