This character appears whenever there is a network split (Hard Fork). Remember when Ethereum split into ETH and ETHW? Or Bitcoin into BCH? This person is an expert at claiming free coins resulting from the split. They store assets in a personal wallet before the snapshot date, then use technical tricks to sell the newly born "child" coins before their price goes to zero. For them, community conflict is free money.
