"The Fake Support Admin"

This is the most common type of antagonist. They hide in official Telegram or Discord groups of a project. As soon as a user asks "Why is my wallet showing an error?", they immediately send a private message (DM) with an official logo profile picture and the name "Customer Support". Their go-to line is: "Hello Sir, have you synchronized your wallet?". Their only goal is to provide a phishing link to drain the victim's wallet.
