Honestly, getting to know him has been one of those quiet blessings you only realize with time. He doesn’t make big promises or pretend to be something he’s not. He just shows up with honesty, with effort, and with a good heart. We’ve worked together on a few projects, and every time I’ve seen how responsible and thoughtful he is. When you talk to him, he actually listens, and if he can help, he does it without making a big deal out of it. To me, he’s more than a teammate. He’s a real friend the kind whose presence makes everything a little easier.
