Honestly, Jib reminds me a lot like a sniper calm, focused, and super accurate. He has this strange but really sharp ability to spot what’s going on with projects, whether they’re new or already running for a while. He never jumps in with opinions quickly. Instead, he always tells people to take it slow, think carefully, and be careful with their moves. And here’s the funny part,he’s almost always right. Every time he looks at a project, the result ends up exactly like what he warned us about. After seeing that happen so many times, it’s no wonder so many people started paying close attention. It’s not just hype,it’s because his way of looking at things really helps people avoid making bad choices. I’ve asked him for help on a few projects, and the advice he gives sounds simple at first, but later you realize, “Oh man, that was actually genius.” That’s just who he is ,he doesn’t brag, doesn’t act big, but his ideas always make a real difference.
