In my opinion Jay is a hardworking and relentless person. He may joke around a lot, but he’s always serious when it’s time to work. He is a real community builder, someone you can entrust to help support and hold the community together. I am excited to watch him grow in the space and i can’t wait for the world to see what a wonderful person he is and what he brings to web3 at large
