Abraham is a very rare person who can take an incomprehensible situation and make it clear. When a small talk becomes a debate, or when everyone starts pulling in different directions, he will still be able to follow the thread, even if it is really twisty. It is not a loud kind of leadership or an imposing authority; it is simply the way he orders his thoughts that each person feels naturally guided back to the right path. What I value most in him is that he makes everything second to the most important thing, which is bringing the meaning of things to the surface. He doesn't waste time talking just to add extra words to the conversation. On the contrary, he identifies the most important part, eliminates the mere noise, and directs one to the main idea. It is a win-win situation for everybody, and the discussions are quite structured rather than chaotic. Wherever Abraham is, he always brings along the sense of direction. He is the one who silently puts things in order, enables the flow of activities, and makes sure that people are informed about what is going on. In an environment overloaded with randomness and distractions, that kind of persistent rationality is really unforgettable.
