btw, this guy was on the let-go list for over two months by his manager at the time. when his manager left, i took over the team (partially), and had to deal with legacy issues. tried to do performance management, he didnt respond to. i found out he's been using a brand account to post bad stuff stuff about another layer 1. he missed all of his deadlines and deliverables to the point his team members were blocked and delayed as he didnt do his part. he was let go after doing a very bad thing publicly. he did forget to mention tho why he was fired, and that i left him on payroll for another 2 months until he found a new job (he was not working), as I knew he was at uni.
