"Lack of Maturity in Handling Disagreement"

Seeing disagreement as a threat clearly shows weak communication skills. Even a simple comment is taken personally. This attitude causes significant harm both to themselves and to those around them. I hope they change this behavior soon and adopt a more mature approach to communication.
