I first met Adec on Discord when he was still in the early stages of joining the same project community. He's one of the mods with extensive experience and insight into Web3. Adec is kind, open, and easy to talk to. He often helps explain sometimes complicated things in simple, easy-to-understand ways. Even though he's busy, he always makes time to help or just chat casually on the server. Besides understanding Web3 developments, Adec also has a strong sense of responsibility and is consistent in his role in the community. Chats with him are always lively, sometimes discussing technical topics, sometimes other topics, but there's always something new to learn. For me, Adec is an example of a mod who's not only active but also able to create a vibrant and supportive community.
