"Real one"

I met Ildar back in the Axelar Discord when everything felt confusing and half of us didn’t know what we were even doing. While most mods just pointed to a FAQ, he actually helped explained things step by step, dropped useful links, and stayed patient even when we asked the same question three times. Later I saw him do the same on RubyScore and Ritual: connecting people, hosting calls, pushing BD, introducing projects to each other. No ego, no “look at me,” just quietly getting things done. What I like about him is simple he shows up, he helps, and he keeps moving. If Ildar is in the chat, it’s not just another silent Discord people talk, things happen Glad I met him =)
