Known Kramer for a while and got to know him a lot more in the past 1-2 years and see his thoughts as a trader - exceptional at finding asymmetrical bets and conviction Multiple times when he's been in a position and people have told him to sell - he stands his ground, stays true to his thesis, has conviction, and it's paid off I take a lot of inspiration from his mentality, and he's a true grinder.
