Don't copy others reviews by just copy/pasta as your own words. Use your own voice and perspective to add reviews/vouches for projects you're familiar with or people you have genuine relationships with. Ethos is only valuable if the data points are valuable, so aim to provide your perspective in your voice. The only thing someone can't copy is your own voice so use it! Overt farming w/o adding quality tends to get punished here.
