There are many people that I meet while managing communities that manage communities as a job. They moderate because it's something to do, and is relatively and easy thing to do (when done poorly, that is). Chikhhh is not one of these moderators/community team members. He sincerely cares about the communities he's entrusted to moderate. And this, believe it or not, is a rare thing to find. He understands community frustrations, and shares in it with them, while still understanding his role to the organization. This is a tricky line that many aren't able to manage. Most will either just adamantly oppose conflicting views/FUD, while Chikhhhh is able to calmly look at it from the other's perspective. A true gift that can only happen when you genuinely care about the other person involved. Can't recommend him enough.
