I learned about Avery ace on Ethos and then went through her previous tweets. In particular, her view on Ethos, "Trust costs are transferred rather than eliminated," was very enlightening to me. I gradually felt that labeled certifications are sometimes quite weak. Labeling systems usually rely on simple markers or endorsements from others to enhance reputation, but these markers and endorsements often fail to fully reflect a person's true behavior and credibility. Thanks for providing the ideas, and I am also learning to think about problems from multiple perspectives.
