"Big Ade!"

When I first joined the web3 space full time this year, one mantra that stood out to me was "Always show up daily", and I think that is something that defines Ade to the letter. In a space where it is easy to give up, Ade makes sure to show up, and give his all daily, regardless of results. The recent meta has made earnings uncertain for many, even as they have made earnings certain for others, but for creators like Ade, the rewards are only part of the journey. The learning, the daily improvement, the connections, these all amount to a reimbursement from the space, that are more valuable than occasional rewards and Ade is one of those I have noticed who is aware of that. I know he used to trade forex, so it is possible some of his tenacity comes from there, but all in all, he has the mentality of a successful web3 native and he's someone you will enjoy working or growing with.
