"Good attitude"

I've worked with Michelle over the last year and she's always shown a good attitude. Oftentimes, when met with challenges and difficulties - you'll find people fall in one of two categories, they either shake their head and give up or they rise to the occasion and come up with ideas and solutions to overcome said difficulty. Michelle definitely falls in the latter.
