I’ve known Kolya for a while now through the Almanak community, and honestly, he’s one of those people who just gets it. He’s the Regional Community Manager running both RU and UA branches, and somehow manages to keep everything active and positive at the same time. He’s super open, always helps with questions or shares something useful, and really connects people between both regions feels more like a friend than a manager. You can tell he genuinely cares about the community and wants everyone to grow together. If you’ve been around Almanak, you’ve probably seen his name pop up a lot that’s because he’s everywhere, doing the work, building bridges, and keeping things moving.
