Devin Finzer, a Brown University grad with a solid background in tech and start ups, shifted his focus to NFT's and crypto, co-founding OpenSea with Alex back in 2017. The platform was launched early 2018 and quickly became the NFT marketplace, one of the first and still the biggest.
