Horlah is not just existing to participating, he is a long term contributor, active community member and prover. He has personally helped me with my growth, he showed me into web3 and I believe he's been doing that to a whole lot of others. With great foresight and notable contributions to the @octra community, I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.
