I know about the first project and am in their Discord chat, but I haven't gotten around to doing anything there yet. This is the first time I've heard about the second project, and I'd like to learn more about it. Also dig how you push for community trust & transparency. You talk about how communication gaps kill credibility, and how projects really need to act, not just promise. That kind of honesty matters, especially in spaces full of noise.
