"Rialo colleague"

I first met this guy on the Rialo project about 3-4 months ago. All I can say about Victor is that he is an intelligent, insightful person with useful skills in content creation. He has the ability to convey complex, non-trivial issues in simple and understandable language. He is very active and productive as an ambassador and content creator.
