He is one of the early guys of crypto World, since i knew him closely and i can mention that he tried hard to reach the level that he is now, We helped and cooperated with each other since Gyro project and then arbitrum, he never give up when sometimes the result of his effort wasnt the thing that he expected ,instead he searched more , tried harder and continued and made connections with the guys that had more data and experiece then after years he could see the results and i am sure that he will go higher in afew years later.
