Parker is a hardcore gemrat (aka gymrat) who's consistently putting in work at the gym and inspiring the rest of us in alphagems to push harder with his daily PoG. His healthy and active lifestyle has motivated me to be more disciplined and take better care of both my body and mind. Parker’s also super active in the space as a content creator, always grinding, hustling, and adding value wherever he can.
