Met Franko through Layer3 and Eclipse. From day one he’s been one of those people who actually shows up. Just genuine support for the people around him. He’s got strong convictions but never tries to push them on others. Always curious, always willing to help. I’ve seen him take time to explain things to newcomers when most would just move on. Seeing his Ethos score made me smile 'cause it fits. He’s one of the few who make this space feel human again.
