ayooo i’m met him on the Pharos dc, and from the very beginning, he made an impression as someone who really knows what he’s doing. he’s calm when communicating, yet very confident you can tell his words come from experience and a structured mindset when it comes to projects, he always offers clear and well-thought-out solutions, never wasting time on empty talk. what I especially liked is how he manages to balance a disciplined approach with a friendly atmosphere working with him feels comfortable, but you still feel responsibility and engagement.
