Paung is the kind of person who know how to solve an issue by just looking at it for a few seconds. Paung is super intelligent and smart. I admire him for all his past efforts in the web3 space. He sometimes share alphas on his X and I must admit that he has made profit for many users so far. while Paung is online you dont really need to contact a support as he has a deep understanding of blockchain and crypto. I once had a stuck pending transaction in metamask and i informed him, the next second he told me how to send a 0 ETH amount transaction to my own address with a prev. nounce so I did it and BOOM! the pending transaction was gone! Or another time I had this metmaask chrome extension issue where metamask was not showing pop ups so he told me to disable all other extensions and use incognito mode and again it got resolved! thank you Paung. keep it up
