"New but hungry"

Crysall is in Web3 not very long but he already surprise me with his persistence and energy. I help him sometimes with different things and I see how fast he grow, every week he understand more and more. What I like is that he is not only chasing roles or just grinding tasks, he is also active on market, trading, checking charts and trying to improve his skills there. This mix of community work and trading make him different from many others. He is not afraid to ask questions, not afraid to try something new, and this attitude is what push him forward. Honestly, I respect his way because it reminds me how I also start, but he do it even faster. If he keep this speed, soon he will be not just active member but also strong voice in Web3.
