"Rocky but not Balboa"

I know this guy from the Monad Telegram chat. When he first appeared in the chat, I thought, "He must have been a hyperactive child," he was everywhere. The guy is trying to develop in the Monad ecosystem, and I see how he is growing. I remember how happy I was that he included me in the Monad CIS community monument.
