"Confident and Approachable"

I first met him during the Monad meetup in Jogja, and right away it was clear he carried the energy of a true alpha. He was approachable, confident, and always willing to share insights without making things complicated. What impressed me most was how he naturally took the lead while still making space for others to speak and contribute. The conversation flowed easily because he knew how to mix knowledge with a sense of humor. It felt less like a formal event and more like catching up with a friend who happens to be really sharp. His presence added a lot of value to the meetup, and I left with the feeling that he is someone worth learning from.
