"Always Inspired by Timur A Remarkable Blend of Curiosity and Kindness"

It feels like ages ago but I can still picture the day I first met Timur at that blockchain meetup in Karaköy. He was in the corner talking about smart contracts, but not in a show off way more like someone discovering something new and wanting to pull everyone in to learn with him. I knew right then he was the kind who doesn’t just chase trends but actually digs in, understands, and cares about what’s next. Looking at your Ethos profile now, I see a credibility score somewhere in the mid 1300s (Neutral), and to me that says “in progress, but truly grounded.” Over the time we’ve crossed paths whether in Slack threads, on the panel at the Web3 seminar, or during one of those late afternoons walking along the shore what’s stood out is how you manage to be both humble and ambitious. You dive into tough technical issues without losing sight of the people involved. You listen as much as you speak. And even when you disagree, it’s always with respect and real openness. One of my favorite moments was when we collaborated on that small side project (remember the dashboard for tracking gas fees?) You stayed up late, debugged things I barely understood, and instead of taking all the credit, you made sure everyone on the team knew what they contributed. That’s rare. It’s one thing to be smart. It’s another to bring others up with you, to make them feel seen and capable. Timur, I’m excited for all the paths ahead of you. I believe you’ll keep being a connector, a builder, and someone who brings people in rather than pushes them away. Thanks for being someone who reminds me that in tech, kindness and curiosity aren’t optional they’re essential.
