I don’t know Kilavv very personally yet, but his name and reputation are everywhere in Web3 circles I follow. I keep hearing that he has an incredible ability to dive deep into even the most complex mechanics and explain them in a way that actually helps the whole team. People say he’s not just chasing alpha for himself - he genuinely supports others in the community and shares what he learns. Hearing so many positive things about him already gives me a sense that he’s someone who truly adds value to Web3 and earns respect the right way. Even without direct experience, you can feel the impact he has just from the way people talk about him.
