I got to know Cadillac not too long ago, and even though he’s still new in this space, what immediately stood out to me is how hardworking and consistent he is. He doesn’t just show up, he actually puts in the time to learn, to ask the right questions, and to contribute in a meaningful way. You can tell he’s genuinely curious and wants to grow, and that kind of energy is always refreshing to have around. Watching someone like Cadillac put in the work from the start makes me confident that he’ll keep leveling up and becoming an even stronger presence in every project he joins.
