As I said in the title - this is the foundation. Not so many people can dedicate themselves to something with such quality and thoughtfulness. From this, one can draw conclusions about overall work ethic. I haven’t known this guy for long, but I already notice these factors, because they’re really important. He treats other people’s beginnings with great care and soul. He definitely deserves high praise, which I’m expressing not just in casual conversation, but here.
