There are people who simply join a community, and then there are those who become part of its heartbeat. TimDonEsh clearly belongs to the latter group. He doesn’t just react to what’s happening — he sparks conversations, introduces new ideas, and keeps people engaged when activity slows down. I’ve watched him put in the effort to respond to questions others might skip, to make sure no one feels left behind. That persistence and drive give the community momentum, and without members like him, things would feel a lot quieter.
