"Moderator Who Keeps the Crew Together"

I first encountered Homelander on the Tales of Meteora Discord channel a month ago, where he is simply an incredible moderator - keeping order during those heated discussions about the project and other topics without ever seeming bossy. What I really like about him is his calm and helpful atmosphere; he is always quick to clarify project updates or point out questionable things, making the whole community feel welcome. He is a great guy, and he gets the job done every time - it has definitely improved my experience in this field.
