I know Frank very well and we have been part of the Italian Cosmos community for years, promoting the ecosystem in Italy with articles, livestreaming, and podcasts. He was among the first in Italy to use Base when it was launched. Together, we became official Italian global builders for Base, joining the Global Builder group. We created the Italian community on Farcaster together, manage the Based Italia X page and related Telegram group, and organized the first Base MeetUp in Italy. He built a very entertaining mini app on Farcaster. Technical expertise and reliability are his best and most recognized qualities.
