"Approachable and genuine"

I met Pedro in Ethos discord a few weeks back. It's apparent that he has a good head on his shoulders and wants to make a difference. He poses fantastic questions and feedback regarding ethos, and he's always willing to help. I haven't met him personally but speaking with him I can tell he's levelheaded and always willing to see things from a different perspective.
