I’ve known Vadim across different chats and projects, starting from the Secret Network days. What stood out to me is his openness - never hiding knowledge, always ready for a quick talk or to drop a link when it saves you time. He’s ambitious, yeah, but in a way that drives him to join teams, test ideas, and actually stay engaged. Over the past years I’ve seen him pop up in multiple communities, and each time it feels like he adds value without making it about himself. Not perfect, nobody is, but definitely a solid voice in the space and someone you can rely on for honest input.
