"Balanced Voice in Web3"

I first met Artem Mashura back in 2022 through the DoubleTop community, and later we had the chance to connect in person at an offline Web3 meetup in Warsaw. What stood out immediately was his calm, analytical style — he doesn’t rush into hype, but instead takes time to look at the details and weigh things carefully. During one of our discussions about DeFi tooling on Sui, Artem shared his perspective on risk management frameworks. His points were concrete and backed by real examples, which gave the whole group a clearer way to think about protocols beyond just chasing APY. That mix of critical thinking and practical insights is rare, and it helped me personally adjust how I evaluate new projects. Since then, I’ve noticed Artem’s presence in community calls and chats: he listens closely, adds value when it matters, and avoids noise. He’s the kind of person who strengthens trust around him simply by being steady, thoughtful, and reliable. I definitely see him as someone worth collaborating with in the long run.
