I had the privilege of working with Pauluz during my time at Reform DAO, and I can confidently say he had a huge impact on both my professional and personal growth. From day one, he took me under his wing, guiding me through the ins and outs of marketing and social media management. What stood out most was how much trust he placed in me. trusting me with meaningful tasks and giving me the space to learn and build confidence. He created an environment where I felt comfortable, and genuinely supported in my role.
