"Fun, Helpful and a friend!"

I don’t even remember exactly when I first met Rebenga, it feels like a lifetime ago, but what I do know is that we’ve been through it all together. From the trenches, grinding side by side, to those late-night VC calls that seemed to stretch until sunrise, he’s always been there. Rebenga is one of the true OGs in the space. He’s got all the alpha, but what really sets him apart is that he shares it, often before even securing his own position. That’s rare, and it says everything about the kind of person he is: generous, selfless, and genuinely looking out for others. On top of that, he’s just one of the kindest people I’ve ever met here. The type of friend who quickly becomes family. I’m beyond grateful our paths crossed and even more honored to call him not just a friend, but a brother. And of course, I’ll never forget the funny little moments, like when we were broke on gas fees and had to lend each other a few bucks just to list something or make a buy. We’d laugh about being “venture capitalists of gas” while scraping coins together to make things happen. Those were legendary times. A true legend, a real one, and one of the best people in the space, that’s Rebenga.
